Erin Pletcher

Erin Pletcher has taught Art at VCS since 2015, having the unique opportunity to enjoy her students for all thirteen years if they choose to pursue art for that long. Mrs. Pletcher wants her students “to view themselves as artists, as creators, taking an example from the greatest artist, our Creator and to embrace the resources that they are given to make something out of the simple materials that they are given. They are taught a set of skills and then they can add in their own ideas and creativity for truly beautiful works of art.” Her students amaze her, and she loves it when they amaze themselves!
