Jeff Isom

Jeff Isom joined the VCS team in 2024 as the Grounds and Facilities Director. Born in Milwaukee, Jeff has lived in Oshkosh for the majority of his life, graduating from Lourdes Academy and the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. Jeff met his wife, Sara, while racing sailboats on Lake Winnebago, and were married less than a year later. Jeff and Sara, have five children, two cats, and one dog.

Jeff worked for many years in the corporate world before being led to a nearby private high school as Facilities Manager. Jeff’s goal is to make VCS look and perform at its best from a facility and grounds viewpoint. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.
