Tim Divens

Tim Divens joined the VCS family in 2023 for a new role at VCS, Chief Financial Officer. Tim and his wife Erin and their four children come to Oshkosh from their home in Ohio. Mr. Divens holds several degrees, Bachelor’s in International Business, Bachelor’s in Economics, Master’s of Divinity in Practical Christian Ministry, Master’s in Public Administration and Human Resources Management.

Mr. Divens has spent many years in business doing everything from starting non-profits, helping launch small businesses, and community revitalization organizations that helped to spur economic development and revitalization in and around their Ohio community, also serving as an elected official. He also led training and human resources at a fortune 500 company.

He and his wife have also spent many years in college discipleship ministry with the goal of helping others grow closer to Christ. They have been involved in church planting and Tim served as Discipleship and Family Pastor as well. His goal is to use his love of Jesus, combined with a desire for personal, business, and capital development, to make an impact for many people.
