Randy Potratz

Randy Potratz joined the VCS team as IT Administrator in 2024. Randy is a self taught computer system administrator and has worked in this capacity in the US and in Niger. Randy and his wife, Wanda, spent a total of 11 years in Niger, most recently in 2021. Randy has performed a wide variety jobs in his lifetime including farming, semi truck driving, pea combine operator, fieldsmen crew leader on pea and corn crews for a canning company, baker, IT Support / IT Administrator, Computer and Programming Teacher, lead ISO 9001 standards and process auditor, director of a university student ministry and other leadership roles in Niger. Randy graduated from Omro High School in 1979 in the top 10% of his class and studied pre-engineering at UW Oshkosh and University of Minnesota
Randy and Wanda and have 3 young men (I guess they are all in their thirties now!), two who are married, who still live in the larger northeastern Wisconsin region.
