Andy Woller

Born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, I have been part of this community my entire life. I attended Valley Christian School from Kindergarten through 12th grade, graduating in 2007. I then earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Faith Technologies Incorporated, where I actively contribute to employee relations, succession planning, leadership development, and over all talent strategy.

I have been married to my wife, Amanda, since January 2011, and we have three adventurous boys—Carson (born 2014), Noah (born 2016), and Ryan (born 2018)—all of whom currently attend Valley Christian School.

Valley Christian School has been a significant part of my life, and I have remained actively involved since graduating by working at the school in various capacities, coaching, and now serving as both a parent and a board member. Christian education has been foundational in my life, and I am committed to ensuring it continues to impact not only my own children but also future generations of students.
